DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
&amp;bull; Oversee Market Research and collection of Survey Data to help analyze organization&amp;rsquo;s sales and marketing strategies.
&amp;bull; Conduct game night surveys on all fan-related experiences
&amp;bull; Manage all organizational databases with a focus on Ticket Sales and Sponsorship contacts
&amp;bull; Create and distribute weekly Sponsor, Season Ticket Holder and Event Related Email Newsletters 
&amp;bull; Create and distribute notices to season ticket holders on an as needed basis. 
&amp;bull; Integrate existing Goldmine database into Archtics software
&amp;bull; Research and Conduct Focus Groups with Season Ticket Holders 
&amp;bull; Utilize new media strategies to increase existing databases for both Lightning and Events
&amp;nbsp;
SKILLS:
&amp;bull; Minimum of a Bachelor&amp;rsquo;s degree and 2+ years of database/research experience
&amp;bull; Training with CRM platforms, Ticketmaster, Mail Manager and Archtics software
&amp;bull; Experience working in entertainment marketing and sales
&amp;bull; Strong communication skills
&amp;bull; Ability to manage multiple projects in accordance with deadlines
