As a division of Guest Services, the Plaza Team is responsible for plaza set up, directing and greeting guests as they enter the arena, taking guest complaints, facilitating Fanland games, and answering questions about the event or the venue. Also includes enforcing all arena policies during events; responding to and investigating incidents; providing public assistance with lost and found; medical assistance, missing persons, managing the crowd pre and post event, and assisting other departments as needed. You will at times be a first contact for many of our venue sponsors, local radio stations, and plaza entertainment. Must possess outstanding communication skills and have an outgoing personality. Platinum Services (Part Time) - St. Pete Times Forum (Tampa, FL)

A position with the Platinum Services Department requires proven outstanding customer service skills, motivation, and dependability. One who earns a spot in this division shows unconditional professionalism with higher clientele in our premium seating areas. (Suites, XO Club, Canon Business Solutions Center, etc). The employees are responsible for greeting guests, unlocking suite doors, giving tours of the XO Club, CBSC, or Suite, liquor cabinet access, and keeping the lines of communication open with Sports Services, Concierges, and Event Supervisors. It is vital that the employees assist the concierges and develop a relationship with the premium seating clientele. With that said, upon hire all employees will be expected to work no less than 80% of all events. This is a part time, event based positions. You must be available in the evening. The St. Pete Times Forum, Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Storm are hiring for a Summer Intern Graphic Designer. RESPONSIBILITIES: Logo development and creation for use in print, web-based ads and center hung video board Design of sponsorship and ticketing proposals Assist webmaster with key design elements Layouts and pagination for various ad formats and collateral Design and layout various print and web-based flyers REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: The candidate should have a solid understanding of the principles of graphic design (e.g. various formats). The candidate will also work closely with our design consultants to ensure outgoing collateral is consistent with our style guides. Great communication and organizational skills are essential. The candidate must have intermediate - advanced level experience with the Adobe Product Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office.
