JOB SUMMARY: The Lightning Foundation Coordinator is responsible for the assisting and advancing the mission of the Lightning Foundation while conducting excellent community relations for Tampa Bay Lightning and St. Pete Times Forum. This position will report to the Executive Director of the Lightning Foundation and work with Community Relations, Corporate Communications and Public Relations.
DUTIES AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Organize and assist in all fundraising, events and programs conducted by the Lightning Foundation
• Establish and maintain a Lightning Foundation and Community Relations database, regularly communicating with donors and potential partners
• Work with Tampa Bay Lighting employees (in Community Relations, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Sales, Sponsorship, and Operations) to reach Foundation goals
• Cultivate the Lightning Foundation’s and Tampa Bay Lightning’s relationships with charitable partners
• Execute game night (auction) activities and assist with Player Charity Ticket Programs
• Assist with coordination and interface with Lightning players, coaches, alumnus and executives at community appearances, autograph signings and events
• Work with Executive Director’s calendar
• Support the Tampa Bay Lightning Family Association and its endeavors
SKILLS:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An upmost professional demeanor
• Individual should be extremely organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work long hours, weekends and holidays while prioritizing multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word and Excel)

JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for marketing concerts, events, and family shows at the St. Pete Times Forum.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create and execute marketing plans.
• Negotiate and place television, radio, and print buys for concerts and events.
• Maintain and prepare reconciliations for media placements for each show.
• Secure and schedule local media promotions for shows.
• Coordinate press conferences for shows where needed.
• Seek out publicity opportunities, appearances, and interviews when applicable.
• Oversee in-arena signage, collateral, and in-game representation of concerts and events.
• Monitor ticket, restaurant, and parking sales on a daily basis and adapt marketing initiatives accordingly.
• Collaborate with sponsorship department to obtain show sponsors and fulfill contract elements once secured.
• Handle media on show days and provide reviewers with all information needed.
• Assist with Meet and Greets at shows where necessary.
• Maintain strong relationship with media, advertising account representatives, and promoters.
• Seek most competitive advertising contracts with media outlets.
• Monitor advertising expenditure and trade accounts ensuring maximum Return on Investment.
• Ensure St. Pete Times Forum brand is upheld and organization and shows are represented in keeping with brand identity.
• Complete other projects as assigned.
SKILLS:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of marketing experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in accordance with deadlines
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in entertainment marketing and public relations a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS:
• Responsible for the sale of all premium seating and season ticket packages, party suites, group tickets and birthday parties, utilizing a business to business sales approach.
• Utilize networking skills and cold-calling techniques to sell Lightning ticket inventory.
• Develop, coordinate and assist with special group sales projects.
• Provide Tampa Bay Lightning and St. Pete Times Forum guests with superior service in a timely and efficient manner.
• Responsible for assisting in the renewal and maintenance of mini-plan accounts.
• Contribute positively to the sales team atmosphere by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all sales team members.
• Assist at games and other special events with promotional functions as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely sales reports.
• Participate and contribute to weekly sales team meetings and training sessions.
• Other Duties as assigned by Department Director.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 2 years sales exp. with a professional sports team
• Self starter, career oriented professional with strong work ethic
• Proven written and presentation skills
• Ability to speak publicly on behalf of the Tampa Bay Lightning
• Ability to work nights, weekends and Holidays
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Knowledge of Archtics ticketing system, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Bilingual a plus

Concert and Event Group Coordinators are responsible for selling groups and special event tickets for the St. Pete Times Forum.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for sales development, promotion and execution of themed group nights to generate revenue through group ticket sales campaigns.
• Prospect for new business on a daily basis through cold calling, networking, appointment setting, direct mail, flyer creation and referrals.
• Database development for Group Sales and Services.
• Perform daily operations and service of all existing accounts.
• Assist in coordination of sales promotions.
• Works closely with Arena Management, show promoters, marketing and other staff to maximize group sales opportunities on each event.
• Must meet all predetermined activity and sales goals.
• Staffs St. Pete Times Forum sales tables for all events (non-hockey) plus outside functions including luncheons, business shows, conventions, etc.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have 1 year of arena sales experience
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication/presentation skills
• Ticketmaster, Microsoft Excel and Word experience a plus
• Must be self motivated, innovative and a team player
• Passion for sales and creativity
• Bachelor’s Degree required

JOB SUMMARY:
The Market Research Analyst will work with the Ticket Sales, Sponsorship Sales and Marketing departments to provide research and analysis on all sales and marketing programs as well as managing the organization’s information and contact databases.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee Market Research and collection of Survey Data to help analyze organization’s sales and marketing strategies.
• Conduct game night surveys on all fan-related experiences
• Manage all organizational databases with a focus on Ticket Sales and Sponsorship contacts
• Create and distribute weekly Sponsor, Season Ticket Holder and Event Related Email Newsletters
• Create and distribute notices to season ticket holders on an as needed basis.
• Integrate existing Goldmine database into Archtics software
• Research and Conduct Focus Groups with Season Ticket Holders
• Utilize new media strategies to increase existing databases for both Lightning and Events
SKILLS:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of database/research experience
• Training with CRM platforms, Ticketmaster, Mail Manager and Archtics software
• Experience working in entertainment marketing and sales
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in accordance with deadlines
