JOB SUMMARY:

Whether working First, Second, or Third Shift, this position is responsible for the cleaning and support of our facility and grounds to make every event a World Class success. A high energy level, dependability, excellent attitude, attention to detail, excellent English communication, and desire to cooperate as a team member are critical components of success. This position requires physical activity including standing, walking, stooping, reaching, climbing stairs, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. If you possess leadership skills, additional opportunities may become available as you prove yourself.  WE OFFER A $0.75 SHIFT PREMIUM FOR THE THIRD (OVERNIGHT) SHIFT.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide an excellent first impression by offering World Class Service with a positive attitude.

• Responsible to provide a clean and safe facility before, during and after all events

• Clean and maintain all bathrooms and replenish supplies as needed

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and maintain various types of floors

• Clean all surfaces including glass, furniture, fixtures, etc.

• Responsible for picking up trash and emptying trash and recycle receptacles

• Work cooperatively with all staff members

• Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance during work hours

• Help assure the health, safety and security of co-workers and guests by following all safety procedures and rules

• Monitor and report to the manager any discrepancies, damage, loss of property, safety issues

· Other duties as may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Compliance with our company policy of Background Checks

· Effective written and oral English communication skills

Part-time Parking Attendant - Tampa Bay Lightning (Tampa, FL)

This position is committed to providing World Class Service for all Amalie Arena Parking Lots for all events and is responsible for the protection, outdoor protection and safeguarding of Guests and Employees and their vehicles. This position is committed to providing a positive firs impression with World Class Service. The position requires physical activity including standing, walking, running and climbing stairs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Controlling/monitoring entry to the guests’ and employees’ parking lots
• Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering World Class Service
• Monitoring parking lots for safety and security of guests and employees and vehicles
• Provide guests with directions and other venue information
• Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces
• Ability to maximize amount of vehicles per lot
• Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
• Cash Handling-collect cash and/or coupons and maintain security of cash
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance during work hours.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior parking experience strongly preferred

• Customer Service and Cash Handling abilities are a must

• Must be polite, friendly and possess excellent public relations skills as this position has extensive guest and employee contact

• Ability to multi task

• Must have reliable transportation

• The ability to work various hours as needed including nights and weekends

• The physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and walk/run long distances

• Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditions

• Excellent communication skills

Part-time Conversion Technician - Facility Services - Tampa Bay Lightning (Tampa, FL)


JOB SUMMARY:

Whether working First, Second, or Third Shift, this position is responsible for the set-up, tear down, and movement of every item necessary to make every event a World Class success. A high energy level, dependability, excellent attitude, attention to detail, excellent English communication, and desire to cooperate as a team member are critical components of success. If you possess leadership skills, additional opportunities may become available as you prove yourself.  WE OFFER A $0.75 SHIFT PREMIUM FOR THE THIRD (OVERNIGHT) SHIFT.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the physical set up, tear down, and movement of all equipment, materials, and furniture for hockey, arena football, basketball, concerts, and large and small events both on and off our property. This is a very physical job.

• Work cooperatively with all staff members

• Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance during work hours

• Follow all safety procedures, rules, and OSHA standards which help assure the health, safety, and security of co-workers and guests

• Report to management any discrepancies, damage, loss of property, or safety issues

• Specialized facility cleaning duties may occasionally be necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Excellent communication skills in English

· Energetic, in good physical condition and stamina, this position may require working outside with exposure to extreme heat or weather conditions.

· The ability to stand on feet for long periods of time and walk long distances and climb stairs. The ability to stoop, climb ladders, kneel, crawl, and squat without any physical movement restriction.

· Using proper lifting technique, the ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds with or without accommodation.

· Always aware of and practicing safety as the highest priority during every job.

· Mechanical aptitude and the proven ability to use hand and power tools is a plus

This position is responsible to support our Events for the set-up, tear down, and movement of supplies, furniture, and equipment as well as light custodial support to make every event a World Class success.  A high energy level, excellent attitude, attention to detail and dependability along with excellent English communication are critical components of success. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•        Responsible to set up, tear down, and move all equipment, materials, and furniture necessary for hockey, arena football, basketball, concerts, and large and small events both on and off our property. This is a very physical job and requires high energy.

•        Light custodial support and specialized cleaning as needed

•        Work cooperatively with all staff in the spirit of “One Team”

•        Maintain a clean, neat, and well-groomed professional  appearance at all times

•        Cordially and professionally interface with our guests as they are encountered

•        Follow all safety procedures, rules, and OSHA standards to help assure the health, safety, and security of co-workers and our guests, and report all deficiencies to Management

Facility Operations: Event Guest Relations
Guest Service Attendant (Part-time) - Tampa Bay Lightning- Amalie Arena (Tampa, FL)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Guest Services position is responsible for providing World Class Customer Service to the guests at the Amalie Arena by ensuring guests feel welcome and they leave with a long lasting, positive impression. This position acts as a resource and host to guests visiting the Arena by maintaining a working knowledge of our facility and special events. The Guest Services staff plays a vital role when it comes to creating a clean, safe and enjoyable experience for our fans. They serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests/needs and then pursue the issue to a resolution. The members of the Guest Services staff must exhibit courteous hospitality at all times and be proactive in every area. A very high level of customer service aptitude is essential for this position. Upon hire, all employees will be expected to be available for no less than 70% of all events.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and seat guests in the arena in a friendly, professional manner to assure a positive impression
• Search guests’ bags at entry gates in a prompt, but friendly manner
• Scan tickets at entry points with a smile and friendly greeting
• Assist guests with elevator/escalator services, including ADA elevators
• Respond to all guests’ concerns/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
• Enforce all building policies and procedures during an event to assure safety and security for all
• Work cooperatively with all staff members
• Respond to and investigate incidents/inquire with witnesses on scene
• Provide public assistance with lost and found
• Monitor the crowd during all events
• Assist all other departments as needed


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent verbal communication skills required with a thorough understanding of written and spoken English. Bilingual a plus
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
• This position may require working outside with exposure to extreme heat or weather conditions
• Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time including walking long distances and stairs
• Ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays and double shifts
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
